Your Questions, Our Answers
How to apply NYRA Lash false eyelashes?
1. Prepare
Cleanse your lashes with the special eyelash shampoo. For optimal results, use our precision tweezers to delicately grasp a cluster by its base.
2. Apply adhesive
Apply a thin layer of our special Nyra Lash glue under your natural lashes (root side) or directly on the cluster band. Wait 15 seconds for the glue to become tacky.
3. Apply
Place the cluster under your natural lashes, 1mm from the waterline (do not touch the skin!). The ergonomic shape of our tweezers allows you to aim perfectly on the first try.
4. Press
Once applied, use the tweezers to press your natural lashes and the clusters together. This is the secret to extended wear and an invisible finish.
The winning trio: Our Glue: Maximum adhesion without residue.
Our Tweezers: A curved design for effortless handling.
How long do false eyelashes last?
It all depends on your lifestyle and maintenance, but here's what to remember:
• Reuse: Our lashes are designed to be durable. If you gently clean them after each removal, you can reuse them up to 3 times.
• On-eye wear: Thanks to the power of our specific adhesive, your clusters stay perfectly in place for 5 to 7 days.
Pro tip: To maximize the life of your application, avoid using oily (biphasic) makeup removers directly on the lashes, as oil dissolves the adhesive. Use our precision tweezers to handle them without damaging them!
I lost a lot of natural eyelashes after getting them done at a salon. Will your extensions do the same?
This is a perfectly legitimate concern, and you are not alone. Eyelash loss in salons is often linked to extensions that are too heavy, unsuitable glue, or poorly applied, not to your own eyelashes.
Our DIY clusters are designed to be light and gentle on your natural lashes. Unlike professional salon extensions, you have complete control: you choose the density, weight, and placement. No overly heavy lashes, no over-application, no aggressive techniques.
Moreover, our NYRA Lash Bond glue is formulated for a gentle adhesion that removes easily without pulling on your lashes. The result: a stunning look, without compromising the health of what you already have.
Do your lashes need to recover? Start light, let them breathe between applications, and trust the process. NYRALash is beauty on your terms. 🖤
How do I remove clusters without damaging my natural lashes?
To protect your natural lashes, use our "zero friction" method:
- Apply: Apply Nyra Lash Bond Remover directly to the base of the clusters.
- Wait: Let it sit for 1 to 2 minutes. The product gradually dissolves the adhesive for effortless removal.
- Remove: Using your precision tweezers, gently slide off the clusters. They will come off without pulling or forcing.
- Finish: Brush your natural lashes with your closed spoolie to remove any remaining residue and put them back in place.
Your Nyra Lash allies:
- Bond Remover: Its specific formula ensures your natural lashes remain intact and healthy.
- Tweezers & Spoolie: The perfect duo for clean, precise, and hygienic removal.
Pro tip: If a cluster resists, do not force it. Add a touch more Bond Remover and wait another 30 seconds!
How do I care for my hair extensions?
To keep your clusters looking fresh and extend their wear, follow these 3 golden rules:
- Zero Grease: Do not use any oily or bi-phase makeup remover. Grease is the number one enemy of our high-adhesion glue.
- Gentle Cleaning: Clean them with clear water or a specific shampoo. Use our precision tweezers to remove any residue without pulling on the fibers.
- Daily Brushing: Brush them every morning with a clean spoolie brush to keep them well-aligned and voluminous.
Nyra Lash Tip: Do not wet your lashes for 24 hours after application to allow the glue to cure perfectly.
Your essential tools:
- Our Glue: Designed to resist humidity (once dry).
- Our Tweezers: The ideal tool for handling your lashes without damaging them during maintenance.
- Our Closed Spoolie: Its protective case keeps it clean in your bag, preventing dust or bacteria from getting on your glue and eyes.
What is your return policy?
For obvious hygiene reasons, Nyra Lash products can only be returned if they are new, sealed, and in their original packaging.

- Conditions: The lash box, glue, and accessories (such as the sealed spoolie or tweezers) must not have been opened or used.
